today's my first day off in like a million years after the Dragon Boat festival, Police concerts, and moving crap. been doing a lot of improv lately too and long hours and late nights have got me to the point where I can't last through an entire half-hour of TV before falling asleep at night.
This morning I got up at the schockingly early hour of 10, walked across the street to a fantastically deserted Kits beach and went for a dip in a lucidly clear ocean. this was before breakfast.
I had my bike stolen from behind my new place last week, which kind of tainted everything about my new place, but my faith in humanity was restored when a stranger from craigslist offered me his old wheels after reading my angry rant wishing ill upon the thief. it's actually a better bike than my old one, although it doesn't look quite as snazzy, great since I don't want this one to vanish.
Tomorrow it's back to the work routine before flying out to Ontario monday night for Natasha's graduation. will try and hold onto the physical memory of icy salt water as I sweat through a Toronto summer.

AW COME ON!
IT'S NOT THAT HOT!
Don't you miss the heat?? It's going to be a whopping 32 degrees in T.O. day of your arrival. But it'll be so worth it!
Oh what I would give for a dip in the ocean! Savour the moments Sean!
you didn't look as frazzled as you sounded before you arrived...work never killed anyone ..keep trying...and yes savour the moment
