I've been fired a bunch of times in my life:
I was fired as a waiter at Kelsey's when I skipped work to go to an audition. I was a terrible waiter.
I was fired from a job 'selling' advertising for some stupid cable television channel...after 2 days!
I was fired from a short film that the writer/director decided he wanted to play himself, cuz the role was really about him. What a dope.
I was fired from a company called Sprint Canada(remember them?) but because they also fired a bunch of other people that were making too much money it was called 'downsizing' and I got a big fat cheque.
I was fired from a gig performing in Florida by a crazy person who I heard was later also fired.
I was fired from a gig performing on a Haunted Trolley tour in Vancouver for using period language...apparently although women were once upon a time referred to as 'broads' it hurts West Coasters' feelings to be reminded of this, even by a dead guy who got shivved by one.

oops guess it went 2wice better than not at all
in case anyone misunderstood the timeframe here...all of these things happened long ago. for some reason I felt like writing about it..I was thinking 'man, I haven't been fired in a while.'
