I've got a temporary gig as host of the SnowBus, basically taking names and briefly entertaining passengers on the SnowBus express to Whistler (to win a Brisk Iced Tea, spell 'Blackcomb'...'Blackcomb'...oooh, sorry Mr.Wong, there is no 'Q'.)
So today was my first day, and believe it or not, my first trip to the big 'W' since arriving.
W stands for Wow. Snow-capped mountains everywhere. And a better day there does not exist...windy at the peak but otherwise blue skies, no crowds, and a view to eternity. Notice the lack of pics...I didn't want to destroy my camera while tumbling down a glacier. Yes, that's right. A glacier. Not bad for the first time on the slopes this year, eh? Had a chance to taste some fine glacier water while up dere, -tastes a lot like melted snow.
